I worked with Priscilla to properly close my LLC at the state (Texas) level, and I’m very glad I did. She took the time to explain what needed to be done and why, and made sure everything was handled correctly so I wouldn’t be stuck with future filings or penalties. She’s knowledgeable, efficient, and truly looks out for her clients’ best interests. My EIN status was deactivated with the IRS to make sure there were no remaining filing obligations. The process was smooth, stress-free, and done correctly. I truly appreciate her attention to detail.

Priscilla helped when I received a notice of "Intent to Forfeit Right to Transact Business" for a commercial property we own in Texas. I was unaware of the forms we were supposed to submit and she worked with us to get all the appropriate documents submitted and fee paid. Fast and efficient.
