I could not be happier with the service. Provide what is needed in a timely manner and they will take care of the rest. My tax issue was huge. I paid the flat max fee that was beyond reasonable and they were able to work directly with the IRS and were able to have my penalties and interest removed. Roughly 200k. If it is possible they will do it. They really do care about their clients.

I cant say enough good things about Fortress and David and Neil. I was in a position that I had no idea how to get ahead of and they were able to come up with a solution that works for everyone. I had an IRS field officer involved that was VERY aggressive, even going as far as to levy my paycheck. David not only got that released but he structured a payment arrangement that I could handle.
