Philicia has prepared my taxes for the last few years always quick fast and maximized my return with no issues. This year I was audited and they froze my refund. At first I was upset very unsure of what I was going to do. Philicia made sure she fought til the end until she won my audit. There are fees that are not included in the tax preparation for her to represent you when being audited but she also worked with me with those fees as well.
