Terrible attitude!! I’m still surprised how did all this happen but like how dare you could laugh at someone for couldn’t take care taxes because of family emergency?? All I wanted to do was just solve this one little question that I had about me owing taxes, and ended up being disrespected.
I even apologized for not being aware of this situation because i’ve never had this kind of issues before. She was constantly talking over me on the phone and at the end, she just decided to laugh how broke I was just because I said no thank you when she asked me to see if she can file my tax! I’m very glad I said no after this I hope you’ll never talk like that to anyone ever again!!!

A previous tax preparer made some substantial errors, as it pertains to a lump sum payment, which affected over (3) three years of returns. Bonnie Yam was able to discern the proper course of action to mitigate my issues with these returns, and worked diligently to correct them. She opened her office even though it was closed just to be able to meet with me and work out a solution to my issue. Bonnie went above and beyond to assist me and her expertise/care made all the difference. Highly recommend!
