So disappointed in Albert. I can not caution enough to stay away and find another accountant or tax expert to help you. At first Albert was very responsive and helpful. But, as time went on, I could tell that once I paid him his fees I dropped to the bottom of his priority list. My wife also hired him to help with her tax return, and he completely botched it. He left things to the absolute last minute and then scrambled to get things filed in time. Because he left filing to the last minute, he uncovered an issue that required us to file an extension. However, we don't know if he ever filed the extension and he stopped responding to emails and calls asking the same. We've since hired someone else to fix the mistake but needed Albert to respond to a yes/no question to understand how to fix the mistake. We've been calling and emailing for more than 5 months now and he will not respond. Absolute disaster. He initially was helpful with my IRS tax issue, but as time went on became unresponsive. Once he gets your money he no longer cares about you. Do yourself a favor and find someone better.
