I am a licensed attorney practicing for nearly two decades with a focus on tax resolution. Hyper focused on representing taxpayers to limit and remove tax liabilities; stop collection activity; stop additional taxes as a result of audits and tax court; and litigate against the IRS, FTB, EDD, CDTFA, and other tax authorities for improper assessments and collection activity. Not only do I help the taxpayer understand the best path forward, but I make sure to attack the root of the problem and determine if the proposed or final tax assessment is legitimate to begin with.
