Josh is a tax controversy attorney with extensive experience in major law and public accounting firms. He began his legal career at a mid-sized public accounting firm focusing on middle-market mergers & acquisitions and tax controversy. Josh has also worked with large 4 public accounting firms and practiced in estate planning and probate litigation at an international law firm.
He knew he wanted to practice law after graduation, so he immediately enrolled in law school, earning a JD and an LLM in Taxation from Washington University School of Law.
He understands how demanding life can be as the eldest of four children and the son of a single parent, so he built a web-based legal practice to allow customers to contact me whenever it is convenient for them.
